2. How is the software supported?

This is a custom solution built on the well-established Microsoft SharePoint platform. Source code is un-complied and readily available in the application. All customization can be understood and modified by anyone with basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML. Please contact me with specific support needs.

3. What is required of my IT department?

You’ll want your IT department’s blessing, but you won’t need direct involvement. This application is designed to be self-contained, and to work with your current SharePoint implementation as-is. The specification should provide IT all the technical details they need to understand the solution.

4. What are the client machine hardware/software requirements?

The application will run on any client with a modern Internet browser. The latest version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or Edge browser is required to export lists to Excel, although the application data is viewable, filterable, and editable with the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.

5. Can you customize this to my specific process/data needs?
